Roles & Responsibilities
- Supports as HR Business Partner a defined group of representatives within a country or site
-Supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
- Acts as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters
- Acts as an interface to all HR departments for HR-related topics
- Organizes the relevant information for Annual Salary Increase, personnel planning as FTE and personnel costs
- Supports strategic workforce planning
- Assigns the personnel selection process internally and externally to HR recruiting and supports contract negotiations and the onboarding process if necessary
- Transmits future staffing requirements to HR Recruiting for further processing
- Communicates and coordinates HR related topics for the respective leader or area
- Supports the talent management and successor planning
- Supports the leader within the salary change process and with personnel development measures
- Submits exit support for further execution
- Coaches and consults the respective leaders on leadership, competency management and team development
- Supports the valuation of future business needs and consults on HR related measures
- Supports deployment of HR processes and guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
- Level of Education: University Degree
- Branch Of Study: Management / Human Resources / Marketing / Communication / Commerce
- Experience : 1 year in the automotive industry is appreciated
- Language : French & English
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence : Assessment centers Candidate testing / interview techniques/ Employee onboarding/ Executive Search/ Job analysis/ Job Fairs/ Recruitement design, planning and management
