Job Description

• Write and revise instruction guides for the assembly or manufacture of aeronautical components.
• Interpret, verify and approve engineering plans and documents.
• D Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies, as well as the necessary tools, taking into account geometric tolerances.
• Collaborating closely with the Engineering, Logistics, Quality and Production teams to harmonize changes and resolve production issues.
• Participate in process optimization and technology monitoring.
• Update the Methods documentation, analyze the needs via SAP and propose areas for improvement.
• To guarantee the ergonomics, safety and efficiency of work methods.

• Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies, along with necessary tooling, while taking geometric tolerances into account.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Production teams to align changes and resolve production issues.
• Contribute to process optimization and technological watch activities.
• Update Methods documentation, analyze requirements using SAP, and propose improvement opportunities.
• Ensure ergonomics, safety, and efficiency in work methods.

Desired Candidate Profile

• College or university degree in mechanical engineering, avionics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, electromechanical engineering, aerospace manufacturing or related field.
• Experience of at least 4 years in the aeronautical sector.
• Ability to read technical plans and visualize in 3D.
• Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, Catia, AutoCad, Enovia, SAP).
• Team spirit, perseverance, good judgment and analytical skills.
• Bilingualism French/English (intermediate level required).
• Experience in an industrial or aeronautical environment is an asset.
