Job Description
Activities:
- Analyze the workstation inventory and define the associated impacts (inventories, summaries and dashboards).
- Apply the images to the workstations (desktop and laptop).
- Manage workstation environments (Windows, Active Directory groups, Microsoft 365) and ensure their integration with the information system.
- Participate in the validation of applications and the deployment of technical solutions.
- Handle technical incidents, including sensitive and priority incidents (P1/P2), by performing root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting.
- Participate in the administration of Windows Server and Hyper-V environments, as well as in the diagnosis of system infrastructures (DNS, DHCP, AD groups...).
- Provide technical support to remote teams during on-site interventions and support deployments.
- Write and update procedures, contribute to their continuous improvement and participate in the skills development of teams.
Missions:
- Supporting ongoing Infrastructure projects as well as future projects and programs (pilot, drafting of procedures...).
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents.
- Participate in the administration of Windows Server, Hyper-V and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Contribute to the analysis of hardware incidents and network problems.
- Participate in technical meetings with clients when necessary.
- Contributing to the Shift Left, knowledge sharing and the training of new employees.
- Monitoring of Major Incidents with various stakeholders

- Active Directory and Exchange / Microsoft 365.
- Windows Server and Hyper-V.
- Workstation administration and scripting tools.
- Knowledge of server infrastructures (iLO, iDRAC, RAID).
- Network knowledge (LAN, VLAN, DHCP, Cisco/Aruba).
- Advanced Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Profile and prerequisites:
- Holder of a Bac+2 Bac+5 in Computer Science (Systems, Networks, System Administration, IT Infrastructure or related field) or with equivalent professional experience.
- You have a minimum of 12 months' seniority within the company or can demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and a good level of English.
- Proficiency in Windows Workstation and Server environments and their administration tools.
- You are MD-102 certified
- MS-102, Cisco or Aruba certifications are an asset.
