<span><br>JOB SUMMARY<br>Acts as the Manager on Duty during overnight shifts. Supervises night shift associates and ensures compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards. Front office areas include Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk. Position directs and works with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process. This role ensures that all orders are accurately entered into the system, verified for correctness, and released to the production team in a timely manner. Ready to join us?
