In relation to its business needs in Tunisia, the company is looking for the following profile:


Customer Quality Engineer


Main Missions:

The resource, who will report to the Customers Quality manager, will be part of a team dealing with activities such as:

  1. Supervision of the technical analysis activities of electronic boards
  2. Management and coordination of the technical analysis team
  3. Analysis and resolution of complaints by implementing the corrective and preventive measures in collaboration with the Quality and Production teams
  4. Generation of accurate and timely reports on analysed data
  5. Collaborate with internal team and headquarter as technical interface
  6. Optimize the analysis processes and improve existing methodologies


Profile:

Technical Background in Electronics

Fluent knowledge of the English language (Italian language is a plus)

Management and Leadership skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and of the main Microsoft Office programs

Degree in electronics or equivalent qualification

2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

Ability to communicate effectively and teamworking

Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

Motivation and ability to work in a dynamic environment
