Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
-Develop and implement production strategies to meet customer demand, optimize efficiency, and reduce costs.
-Align production operations with organizational goals, focusing on market trends in wiring technologies.
-Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, quality, and delivery.
2. Production Oversight
-Supervise the end-to-end manufacturing process of wires.
-Ensure adherence to industry standards such as IATF and ISO certifications.
-Implement lean manufacturing principles and process automation where applicable.
3. Team Leadership
-Manage and mentor plant managers, supervisors, and production staff across multiple siteEs.
-Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development programs for the team.
4. Quality and Compliance
-Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance protocols and customer specifications.
-Oversee audits and inspections to maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
-Lead initiatives to improve product reliability and reduce defect rates.
5. Resource and Budget Management
-Optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to maximize production output.
-Develop and monitor budgets for all production-related activities.
-Ensure the timely procurement and availability of raw materials, including copper, aluminum, and insulating materials.
6. Collaboration and Coordination
-Work closely with R&D to introduce new wiring products and technologies.
-Partner with supply chain teams to ensure seamless production scheduling and delivery.

7. Innovation and Technology Adoption

Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
10+ years in production management within the wiring or electrical manufacturing industry.
Expertise in wire extrusion, cable assembly, and plastic injection.
Proven track record in managing multisite or global operations.
