About the Job


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service and Trading Specialist to join our Client Facing Department at Ouinex. This hybrid role combines customer service and sales responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity to gain valuable insights into the trading of financial markets and the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry.


At Ouinex, we provide a fair and transparent trading environment while enabling users to trade traditional products using cryptocurrency. You will receive in-depth trading training, making this a unique opportunity to learn and grow within the industry.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and a high-touch service approach.

- Provide exceptional service and support to clients to ensure satisfaction and successful onboarding.

- Proactively identify sales opportunities by understanding client needs and promoting our trading products and services.

- Act as a liaison between Ouinex and our clients, proactively managing expectations and addressing any concerns.

- Respond quickly and effectively to client inquiries via chat support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the cryptocurrency retail client segment.

- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

- Consistently achieve departmental and individual performance targets.

- Collaborate with managers from different departments to drive growth initiatives and improve key performance metrics.

- Present our cryptocurrency trading platform and introduce leads to the world of multi-asset trading using digital currencies.

- Assist with translating written materials across a range of topics related to financial markets and cryptocurrency.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Strategic and analytical thinking to drive regional growth through new initiatives.

- Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve client satisfaction and enhance customer service capabilities.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make decisions in real-time.

- Ability to provide fast and accurate responses via chat support, ensuring client inquiries are handled efficiently.

- Demonstrated passion for financial markets, blockchain technology, and the evolving cryptocurrency landscape.

- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards within the crypto trading environment.

- Willingness to receive and act upon constructive feedback to improve performance.

- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- **Perfect written and spoken French or English is mandatory; fluency in both is a strong advantage.**


Requirements:


- Must be eligible to work in Tunisia (no sponsorship provided).

- Physical presence in our offices in Djerba is mandatory.

- Passion for the crypto industry and financial markets.

- Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
