<p>Required Experience: One (1) month to one (1) year of relevant professional experience in human resources, particularly in personnel administration, recruitment, HR compliance, and HR operations support. Other Desired/Required Technical Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to draft, formulate, and prepare reports. Accuracy and professionalism in producing and reviewing documents. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural and social sensitivity, and the ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with diverse partners (members of local communities, religious and youth organizations, and authorities at various levels). Knowledge of communication tools and approaches for development. Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a demanding environment.
