<p>The Senior Director, Government and Multilateral Affairs, will lead Teach For All's global strategy to strengthen government and multilateral engagement in support of more conducive policy frameworks in which our partners operate to be able to diversify and strengthen the teaching workforce and, ultimately, accelerate their mission and impact. </p>
<p>Working across regions, the role will build a global coalition of diverse stakeholders to advance policy frameworks that strengthen the teacher workforce and its sustainability. Through strategic partnerships, thought leadership, and cross-sector convening, the Senior Director will lead Teach For All s contribution and convening power as a trusted actor in global and regional conversations on the future of the teaching profession.</p>
<p>At the same time, the role will translate these global partnerships and policy opportunities into practical value for Teach For All network partners. Working closely with regional teams, the Senior Director will advise and support partners to engage governments, access public and multilateral funding, strengthen enabling policy environments, and expand opportunities to place fellows and influence education systems in their local contexts.</p>
