<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Performs all activities related to Quality Audit and Methods on facility level.</p> <p>Audit:</p> <ul> <li>Is overall responsible for all internal QM and external audit certifications (QM &amp; SHE) within the production facility</li> <li>Plans and ensures the follow-up for the internal audit plan within the organization</li> <li>Performs audits to comply with internal defined standards as well as safety and environmental regulations</li> <li>Verifies the effectiveness and the generalization of the corrective and preventive actions resulted from external and internal audits</li> <li>Maintains the auditors qualification and performs the required auditors re-qualifications according to LEONI standards and customer requirements</li> <li>Ensures the compliance of the plant facility systems with customer regulations, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and all local regulations</li> </ul> <p>Methods:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures with the Quality Operations team the identification and presentation of lessons learned and best practices</li> <li>Secures the evaluation of local application of lessons learned and best practices and checks continuously their implementation as well as their effectiveness</li> <li>Develops training programs in accordance with the global qualification matrix based on LEONI, customer requirements and local regulations</li> <li>Trains and coaches the organization for sufficient level of knowledge in Quality standards, tools and methods (e.g. 8D, QRQC, PDCA, QIP, PPAP, AQP, PFMEA, MSA, etc. )</li> <li>Ensures the availability of required number of trainers within the organization to perform quality tools training</li> <li>Assesses the respect of customer specific requirement and LEONI orientation towards FMEA tool (Updates, IS classification, Quotation respect, etc.)</li> <li>Organizes Quality contests within production facilities (e.g. QRQC competition, Best Lessons Learned, etc.)</li> </ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Education Level: University Degree in Scientific field</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Quality Mangement</li> <li>Language: Fluent English</li> <li>Communication</li> <li>Social &amp; intercultural sensitivity</li> <li>Change management</li> <li>Target &amp; result orientation</li> <li>Motivation &amp; resilience</li> <li>Self-organization</li> <li>Conflict management</li> <li>Teamwork</li> </ul><p></p></section>
