Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world</p><br><br><br>Job Description<p>- Manages and supervises the Warehouse org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs<br></p><br><p>- Identifies potential for improvement in area of responsibility, offers consulting and contributes to improvement of service delivery<br></p><br><p>- Takes responsibility for standard & governance adherence and process execution<br></p><br><p>- Leads the direct reports in the area of responsibility<br></p><br><p>- Plans the regular team activity in order to cover all the activity stages and reply to all the requests received<br></p><br><p>- Defines the team members’ objectives, tasks and responsibilities. Provides clear instructions, monitoring and evaluation of the results<br></p><br><p>- Identifies the training and development needs of direct reports, follows the subordinates' professional development and provides assistance for using newly acquired knowledge<br></p><br><p>- Proposes and applies measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth<br></p><br><p>Functional accountability for Warehouse on country level<br></p><br><p>- Ensures the completeness of activities (unloading, reception, labeling, storage, handling picking, sequencing, loading and shipping) inside one of the Raw Material/Semi-Finished/Finished Goods warehouse<br></p><br><p>- Ensures good management of the technical equipment used in the warehouse, while safety rules are respected<br></p><br><p>- Ensures the accuracy of stocks within the warehouse</p><br><br><br>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li><strong>Level of Education: </strong>Universitydegree</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Min 2 years of experience in SCM are Mandatory</li><li><strong>Language:</strong> French, English</li><li><strong>Social competences:</strong> Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & resultorientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Leadership</li><li><strong>Professional competences:</strong> Autonomy / Customer relationship skills / Priority management</li></ul><br> </div>

<br>Job Description<br><br><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><br><ul><li>Ensure ABC cycle-count accuracy >99.5%</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all day-to-day activities are executed as per the set procedures</li></ul><ul><li>Sound Knowledge in line feeding</li></ul><ul><li>Guarantee zero-line stoppages on account of available materials</li></ul><ul><li>Challenge to meet project targets</li><li>Do inventory analysis and report high value/volume inventory & Improve Turns to industry standards</li></ul><ul><li> WMS knowledge</li></ul><ul><li>Improve stock accuracy as per corporate guidelines and publish the report on monthly basis with C& PA for discrepancies</li></ul><ul><li>Strong hold on Perpetual Inventory, Cycle Count</li></ul><ul><li>Take appropriate action to avoid the ageing of parts in stores</li><li>Improve claim management process</li><li>Improve Team morale by playing active role within the team </li><li>Input Out Put Reconciliation know how</li><li>Locator mapping skill set</li><li>Improve traceability in warehouse</li><li>Work on Kitting of materials</li><li>All transactions handled within timelines</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p><br><p>· Bachelor’s Engineering or a decent graduation from a reputed college or university (with a minimum of 15 + years of experience in a SCM, Warehousing or Logistics) – MBA or PGDBA Preferred – solid hands on experience on warehouse establishment and process establishment</p><br><p><strong>Desired Characteristics</strong></p><br><p>· Experience in Stores / warehousing, Logistics and writing reports using MS Office</p><br><p>· Experience with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle Apps</p><br><p>· Strong quantitative and analytical skills</p><br><p>· Strong communication skills</p><br><p>· Experience in WMS</p><br><p>· Experience in establishing external warehouse</p><br><p>· Experience in stock transfer transactions</p><br><p>· Handled highly complicated operations</p><br><br>Additional Information<br><br><p><strong>What could you accomplish in a place that puts People First?</strong></p><br><p>At Wabtec, it’s not just about a job - it’s about the impact you make.
