La prévention occupe désormais une place centrale dans la stratégie nationale, qui repose sur une approche intégrée combinant des dimensions préventives, sociales, éducatives et culturelles à des mesures sécuritaires. </p><br> <br> <p> L’approche de prévention de l’extrémisme violent (PEV) du Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement (PNUD) en Tunisie adopte une vision intégrée, visant à la fois les facteurs structurels de fragilisation de la cohésion sociale et les déclencheurs liés aux réponses sécuritaires. Le projet « TARABOT – Cohésion pour prévenir la violence » réalise cette approche, en bâtissant sur le partenariat entre le PNUD et la Commission Nationale de Lutte Contre le Terrorisme (CNLCT) qui a été établi en 2018. </p><br> <br> <p> En 2026-2029 la troisième phase du projet poursuit quatre objectifs spécifiques : </p><br> <br> <p>1.Les mécanismes de mise en œuvre de la SNLCEVT garantissent la coordination interministérielle, la transparence, la redevabilité et l’apprentissage pour une adaptation continue aux changements du contexte ; </p><br> <br> <p>2.Les jeunes des régions vulnérables accèdent à des espaces de jeunesse attractifs, renforçant leur inclusion, leurs compétences et leur résilience face aux comportements à risque ; </p><br> <br> <p>3.Les jeunes fragilisés par les comportements à risque ou en conflit avec la loi bénéficient de parcours de réhabilitation intégrés, favorisant leur réinsertion sociale et réduisant les risques de récidive ou de radicalisation ; </p><br> <br> <p>4.Le système de signalement et fichage appliqué à la PEV est révisé en conformité avec les droits de l’homme et les principes de l’État de droit. </p><br> <br> <p> À ce titre le PNUD recrute un.e Specialiste Technique Principal.e en Prévention de l’Extremisme Violent qui sera responsable de gérer la mise en œuvre du projet et conseiller les équipes du bureau pays du PNUD et les partenaires locaux sur les approches techniques et méthodologique appropriées.
