<p>Ensures and implements LEONI Operating System standards for production equipment, processes and released suppliers. Implements required structure, resources, know-how, procedures and activities to support production for all OEE related activities. Participates in development of OEE related standards and best practice together with central functions and/or other countries. Analyses the OEE downtimes, defines action plans, generates monthly report and distributes it to OEE Central function and Country Production and Infrastructure Management organisation. Prepares and executes daily OEE meetings with production and influencing parties, steers weekly/monthly review meetings and maintains appropriate process relevant documentation. Coordinates and follows up (inter-departmental) improvement activities related to OEE and contributes to the improvement of OEE figures in agreement with local leadership team.
