<p><b>The Role </b>We are looking for a curious and organized junior professional to join our Tunisia IT team and support the day-to-day IT and security operations of our Tunisia offices and production/drilling sites, working closely with our local IT lead. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground support role for someone who wants to learn how IT support, cybersecurity and business applications come together in an international business. Your work will be driven by day-to-day needs and requests from your local IT lead and the CIO/CISO, keeping endpoints, servers and networks running, handling entry-level security tasks, and helping translate business needs into data-driven applications. No two days will look the same. You won t be expected to know it all on day one. What we care about is your drive to learn, your attention to detail, and your ability to keep things moving.</p><p>Responsibilities This is a responsive, support-first role: your day-to-day priorities will be set by your local IT lead or the CIO/CISO, across three main areas. Day-to-Day IT Support (Primary Focus)</p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day support for endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobile devices): setup, software issues, user accounts and access.</li><li>Provide basic support and monitoring for local servers and network infrastructure (connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS), escalating complex issues to your local IT lead or HQ.</li><li>Troubleshoot everyday IT issues for colleagues in Tunisia, on-site and remotely, as they come up.</li><li>Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment, software and licenses across Tunisia sites.</li><li>Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure.</li><li>Assist with system installations, software rollouts, patch management and cloud user administration (Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS), as directed by your local IT lead or the CIO.</li></ul><p>Entry-Level Cybersecurity Tasks</p><ul><li>Assist in monitoring cybersecurity tools and dashboards for Tunisia systems, flagging anomalies as requested.</li><li>Support basic security hygiene: patching, access reviews, and account/password hygiene checks.</li><li>Support security awareness initiatives when requested: training sessions, phishing simulations and internal communications for Tunisia colleagues.</li><li>Support local preparation for audits, risk assessments and compliance activities (including NIS2), as directed by your local IT lead or HQ.</li></ul><p>Business Applications (Key Focus Area)</p><ul><li>Act as a translator between local business users and IT/data teams, turning everyday business needs, pain points and processes into clear requirements for data and analytics applications, when requested by your local IT lead or the CIO.</li><li>Help map how business processes and data flow today, spotting where more structure or AI could improve accuracy and decision-making.</li><li>Support the design, testing and rollout of simple AI-powered or low-code business applications and dashboards that turn raw data into decision-ready insights.</li><li>Gather feedback from end users after go-live and help refine applications so they keep matching real business needs.</li></ul><p>Growth Opportunities This role is designed as a launchpad. <p>Participates in all Project meetings, co-ordinates and drives the plant/country related allocated tasks (GW20 to GW70) - Represents the interests of the Plant/country (be the voice), balances this with the interests of the Project and communicates relevant information to relevant stakeholders from Plant/Country - Sets up the Launch team with regular team meetings in Plant/Country and ensure sufficient resource planning for the team - Reports the status of the Work packages and deliverables to Project Manager using the project management software and prepares required documentation for milestone, gate reviews and project reports - Raises and follows up on the release of PAMs including tracking of the available, needed and spent Capex - Tracks and updates the Equipment planning together with the responsible team members in the Launch Team - Plans and co-ordinates all activities required for the samples (A, B,C and D) - Prepares an operational concept based on department concepts - Leads the creation of the Detailed ramp up plan by considering the requirements from the Customer and the inputs from all the Project team members - Plans and co-ordinates the REMAIL_ADDRESS, reports on the findings and drives the implementation of corrective actions on time - Monitors & reports on the Rampup and KPIs (plant related P&L lines, e.g. variable and fixed costs in the plant, quality performance, delivery performance) and drives the implementation of corrective actions - Identifies risks and opportunities, defines and carries out measures to manage those in direct project environment. - Collects and share the Lessons Learned with the Launch team and have reviews on a continuous basis - Leads delegated project related responsibilities for activities prior to GW20 and after GW70 - Supports the central team in defining the new/update to the standard</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education : University Degree Experience : Min 5 years in a relevant field Languages : Frensh and English Functional / Professional : - Project Coordination - Wiring Systems - Financial Reporting - Communications Management - Crisis Management - Project Management Tools - Relationship Management - Project Issues Management - Cost optimization - Change Management Method : - Planning - Escalation Procedures - Meeting Management - Presentation Skills - Project Management - Problem Solving Techniques - Confidentiality - Problem Solving Techniques</p>
