<p>Ensures implementation of VCM standards within the country organisation. Trains country organization and offers technical support on the VCM processes and tools. Supports for logistics assessments in country VCM organization to monitor the adherence to the standards. Supports for management of central learning platform for logistics related processes. Monitors, analyzes and reports country inventories. Coordinates country inventory budget and forecasting process. Shares inventory reduction best practices and leads inventory workshops within the country. Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and organizes root cause analysis meetings.
