Monitor pressure, temperature, water levels, fuel consumption, and system performance. Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules. Diagnose and troubleshoot boiler and mechanical system malfunctions. Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with maintenance teams or contractors. Monitor and maintain water treatment systems to ensure proper boiler performance. Record operating data, maintenance activities, and equipment performance reports.
