The role supports the Solutions organization by overseeing Contracts Administration activities and ensuring that construction and supply contracts are effectively implemented, managed, and controlled.</p><br>
<p>You will provide direct support to the relevant Procurement and Contract Manager / Supply Chain Manager / Project Manager across development, structuring, and execution phases. The role ensures contractual compliance, supports risk mitigation, and contributes to cost and schedule control through structured contract management.</p><br>

<li>Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with project management, construction, supply chain, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure effective contract execution.</li>

<ul><li><span>A minimum of 8 years of experience in business law, contract law or compliance, gained in-house, in private practice, or in software publishing</span></li><li><span>Significant exposure to multi-jurisdictional environments (Europe, Africa, MENA)</span></li><li><span>Proven experience managing regulatory authorities and institutional clients</span></li><li><span>Experience conducting complex contractual negotiations</span></li></ul> <p><strong>Skills & Qualities</strong></p><br>
<ul><li><span>Working command of the frameworks applicable to a software vendor serving financial institutions: GDPR, DORA as an ICT third-party service provider, the AI Act as an AI system provider, and information security standards such as ISO 27001</span></li><li><span>Sound understanding of the AML/CFT and sanctions environment our clients operate in; hands-on AML/CFT subject-matter expertise is not expected for this role</span></li><li><span>Strategic thinking, ability to synthesize, and decision-making under pressure</span></li><li><span>Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex topics for varied audiences</span></li><li><span>Rigorous, autonomous, and discreet in handling sensitive matters</span></li><li><span>Comfortable with AI tools and RegTech technologies for monitoring and documentation</span></li><li><span>French/English bilingualism required; Arabic or a third language is a plus</span></li></ul>
