Job Description: Ensure the smooth operation of packaging machines by performing daily maintenance on mechanical and electrical aspects. Carry out troubleshooting as quickly as possible to minimize production downtime. Perform preventive maintenance according to the established schedule. Independently diagnose malfunctions and propose appropriate and lasting solutions. Make the necessary adjustments to guarantee product quality and machine stability. Monitor equipment performance and anticipate deviations or anomalies. Intervene, as needed, on electrical installations (motors, variable frequency drives, control panels). Inspect and maintain instrumentation equipment (sensors, probes, control loops). Participate in the recommissioning of equipment after maintenance or technical shutdown. Document interventions and report recurring anomalies. Propose improvement actions to enhance the reliability of the installations and reduce breakdowns. Comply with safety and hygiene instructions and the specific requirements of the yeast production process. Collaborate with production to ensure optimal machine operation.
