<p><br></p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Learning trajectory and knowledge management:</p><p>Directly and actively engage in the development of the project s learning trajectory design, implementation, evaluation and successful closure.</p><p>In collaboration with relevant stakeholders develop sound and inclusive methods for data collection and learning.</p><p>Take part in and engage in project related activities and events and regularly review project reports and materials to extra data relevant to the learning trajectory plans.</p><p>Compile project data, and prepare useful analysis (to project, the partners and Oxfam programs in general), in line with the project goals, and the learning trajectory, as needed and agreed with the line manager.</p><p>Support the project team and partners in extracting critical lessons and identifying and highlighting achievements which are linked to the project objectives, outcomes and aspired impact.</p><p>Encourage and initiate learning spaces and sessions, for exchanges and cross learnings between partners, and between project teams and partners, including annual learning and reflection workshops.</p><p>Where needed and agreed, support partners in data analysis and effective integration of learning trajectories within their own project activity plans.</p><p>Support the project team in advancing their Learning and Communication understanding and skills, hence contributions.</p><p>Assess the project partners Learning capacities and needs, develop and/or coordinate and organize relevant capacity building sessions, trainings, provide and share tools, etc., in agreement with the line manager/s and colleagues.</p><p>Engage and take an active part in project team meetings, and contribute to the sufficient implementation of the project, in respect of the Learning and Communication component (present results, give recommendations, suggest solutions).</p><p>Production, Communication and Dissemination :</p><p>In line with the learning trajectory plans, together with the relevant internal stakeholders, develop a comprehensive compliant and safe dissemination and communication strategy and plan, and facilitate and monitor its successful implementation, in line with Oxfam participative and feminist approach and donor s policies and obligations.</p><p>Reproduce the compiled data, drafted analysis, and gathered information and lessons, and craft compelling material for their communication, dissemination, and publications; through project or Oxfam reports, and plans, or media or social media outlets (including but not limited to: stories, factsheets, briefings, statistics, etc.).</p><p>Work closely with the Program Manager, the Media&Com lead to ensure their input and sign off on all project related learning and communication reports, plans, products, communications, etc., and lead on their dissemination, per agreed and approved planned.</p><p>Directly contribute to the production of the project s plans, reports and other materials, in line with Oxfam and donor s obligations.</p><p>Prepare the relevant and most effect data and information to be shared during the learning sessions, workshops and events, with staff, parnters, or others.</p><p>Where relevant, directly contribute to high-impact media and communications products to help raise Oxfam s profile, raise the voices of the people we work with.</p><p>Conduct direct interviews, with staff, partners and beneficiaries and produce high impact stories, for use in the national, sub-regional and global markets media and social media outlets.</p><p>In coordination with the Media/Com Lead, guide and advise the program staff to ensure sufficient compliance with the relevant Oxfam global policies and steer on branding, approvals and sing off, risk assessment, etc.</p><p>Monitor and evaluate the impact of the communication and dissemination plan, media activities, coverage and reach, etc. and provide regular analysis to the managers and team.</p><p>Support other project s learning, media and communication planning and implementation.</p><p>Support the management and monitoring of Oxfam s social media outlets and platforms.</p><p>Contribute to updating North Africa information on internal social platforms, and to any NA products, and their dissemination.</p><p>Support partners in strengthening their communication capacities by identifying training, coaching, and learning events and resources.</p><p>Other:</p><p>Apply Oxfam leadership values, actively contribute to improving the team and office culture.</p><p>Ensure understanding and alignment with Oxfam policies, compliance and steer with regards to all areas of work within the delegated lines of liability and authority.</p><p>Contribute to internal staff capacity building sessions relevant to Learning and Communication.</p><p>Contribute to Learning & Communication related recruitment process, when needed.</p><p>Actively attend and engage in NA staff meeting, as well as all other relevant sessions and workshop.</p><p>Contribute to the advancement of NA strategic direction, and the office s plans, reports, and products.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>A relevant bachelor s degree OR equivalent level of professional and work experience, with similar type of organizations.</p><p>At least 8 years of experience with progressive levels of professional responsibilities and proven experience in quality learning and communication activities and project s design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and successful and compliant closure.</p><p>Good knowledge and understanding of the North Africa, especially in Morocco, Tunisia and/or Egypt, socio-economic contexts, civil society field and the development area of work.</p><p>Solid experience in developing learning trajectories, plans, tools, and in building data collection and management mechanism, conducting data analysis, supporting research, compiling strategic and effective lessons.</p><p>Good understanding of the MEAL (monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning) functions, approaches and tools; <p>Mission and objectives</p><p>The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. UNV works with United Nations partners, governments and civil society to mobilize volunteers and promote volunteerism as a powerful means to achieve sustainable development.</p><p><br></p><p>The UNV Multi-Country Field Unit (MCFU) for the Maghreb covers Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia.</p><p>Context</p><p>In Tunisia, UNV is implementing, with the support of the Embassy of Switzerland, an innovative initiative promoting youth professional integration and disability inclusion through volunteerism.</p><p><br></p><p>Within the framework of the International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development (IVY2026), SDC and UNV seek to strengthen the visibility of young volunteers' contributions while capturing evidence, lessons learned and good practices emerging from the SDC-UNV partnership.</p><p><br></p><p>The UN Associate Volunteer will contribute to both communication and knowledge management efforts supporting this strategic initiative.</p><p><br></p><p>This assignment is supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in Tunisia. Support strategic communications and visibility</p><p>• Contribute to the collection of stories, testimonials and human-interest content illustrating the contribution of young volunteers supported by SDC in Tunisia.</p><p>• Support the preparation of communication products with a focus on social media content including social media cards, advocacy reels, inspiring volunteer success story videos, etc. featuring young UN Volunteers supported by SDC.</p><p>• Support the implementation of potential SDC-UNV joint activities related to the International Volunteer Day and the International Volunteer Year (IVY2026).</p><p>• Maintain a repository of communication assets, photos and multimedia materials produced during the volunteering assignment.</p><p>• Support other visibility initiatives with Swiss Cooperation and UN host agencies.</p><p><br></p><p>B.
