<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Perform routine inspections of boilers, pumps, valves, piping systems, and control equipment. Monitor pressure, temperature, water levels, fuel consumption, and system performance. Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules. Diagnose and troubleshoot boiler and mechanical system malfunctions. Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with maintenance teams or contractors. Monitor and maintain water treatment systems to ensure proper boiler performance. Record operating data, maintenance activities, and equipment performance reports. Respond promptly to equipment alarms, emergencies, and operational abnormalities. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the boiler room and work areas.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report boiler room's maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials.
