<p>As a Design Advisor on our specialized team, you will partner with customers to transform their ideas into impactful visual solutions. Whether creating custom designs from scratch, developing original creative concepts, or enhancing existing artwork and Vista templates, you'll combine creativity, design expertise, and customer collaboration to deliver exceptional results tailored to each customer's goals. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing design role. You will lead scheduled design consultations with customers over video calls, and phone, using screen sharing to present your work, explain your creative decisions, gather feedback in real time, and collaboratively bring ideas to life. You will create custom designs from scratch, resolve sophisticated design requests, and support other design teams through both written and verbal communication. Success in this role requires confidence in communicating with customers, presenting creative concepts, and guiding them through design decisions while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll provide a high-quality customer experience across multiple channels, including video consultations, conference calls, phone, email, while consistently meeting our service standards and internal documentation.
