<p>Defines/generates/adjusts the RfQ and Detailed Production Concept to LOS until the end of the Project (GW10 - GW70) - Ensures an interface with the Production Calculation team during the RfQ-Phase to align the Production related inputs (e.g. Capex, Efficiency E3 and Ramp up costs, etc.) to the Business Plan (BP) - Consults the capacity planning expert regarding the latest available equipment to have the best optimized Capex planning - Co-ordinates and plans the Release of the RfQ and Detailed Production Concept - Initiates and drives a request for a deviation to LOS that is planned in the Production Concept - Updates and releases again the Detailed Production Concept when the concept is changed or when a Project is re-initiated - On request, optimizes and maintains the Detailed production concept after project implementation for model year or volume changes - Highlights to the Product Line Management team any requirement or process not covered within the existing LOS and where a new standard or a change to an existing standard is required - Attends the regular Launch team meetings and delivers on assigned open items in the Work Packages - Sets and supports the equipment installation plan during the project implementation phase and ensure no unplanned deviation to LOS related to the Production concept - Supports the central team in defining the new/update to the standard</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>University degree Field of Study: Technical/Scientific Experience: 2 year of experience are appreciated Language : French & English IT: Microsoft Office Social competences: Communication, social & intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork Pofessional Skills: Capacity Management / Harness manufacturing / Production concept development / Manufacturing Processes / Production Engineering / Manufacturing Concepts / Project Tracking and Reporting / Project Planning / Project Management Methodology</p>
