Contexte
<br><p>Le(la) BIM Manager a un rôle clé dans le pilotage des projets d’infrastructures ferroviaires pour le compte des clients de la région France, dans le cadre de missions de conseil, d’AMO et de MOE de conception, travaux et Essais.</p><br><br><p><br>Quelque soient les objectifs BIM sur le projet, (selon exigences clients, partenaires…), le(la) BIM Manager est impliqué à minima durant l’offre et au démarrage du projet. Son implication durant le projet dépendra des objectifs et exigences BIM à déployer, de la taille et durée du projet.</p><br><br>
Missions/Responsabilités
<br><p>Lors de démarches commerciales amont et en phase d’offre, en collaboration avec le Responsable du déploiement opérationnel BIM de la région france, des équipes techniques BIM et des équipes d’offres :</p><br><br><ul><li>S’attacher à la compréhension du besoin client</li><li>Analyser les objectifs et exigences BIM du projet</li><li>Rédaction des protocoles BIM</li><li>Réaliser le BIM Gap Analysis et définir les investissements</li><li>Analyser la cohérence des méthodologies avec les objectifs BIM.</li></ul><br><p>En phase Projet :</p><br><br><ul><li>Etablir le « BIM Execution Plan » comprenant les objectifs du BIM pour le projet, les « BIM uses », les processus d’échanges d’information et la gestion électronique des données BIM</li><li>S’assurer du bon déroulement et la mise en place du BEP</li><li>S’assurer de la mise en oeuvre des BIM standards SYSTRA (processus de production des livrables, le processus contrôle qualité …)</li><li>Le cas échéant, s’assurer du respect des normes</li><li>Participer dans l’analyse et la mise en place de l’environnement commun de données</li><li>Anticiper les besoins en formation du projet, animer des sessions d’informations et ou de formations pour les collaborateurs de la région et pour les maîtres d’ouvrage</li><li>Contrôler la qualité des livrables BIM avant leurs remises au client</li><li>Veiller et assurer le support et être à l’écoute de l’équipe projet à la fois pour le management, la coordination et la production, en participant le cas échéant aux réunions de revues de maquette</li></ul><p><br>Vous contribuerez activement à l’essor du BIM management à la région France par :</p><br><br><ul><li>Une action spécifique de prospection commerciale et de développement de missions répondant aux besoins d’un Client grand compte, en relation étroite avec les responsables commerciaux et les directions opérationnelles de la région france.</li><li>La mise en œuvre de cas d’usage nouveaux et innovants pour les phases de chantier (4D pour des contexte de travaux sous exploitation, …) et en anticipation des phases d’exploitation et de maintenance (outils immersifs,)</li><li>L’organisation de bilans / REX sur les projets et les offres s’inscrivant dans une démarche BIM</li></ul>
