<p>Transform approved Purchase Requisitions (DA) into Purchase Orders (OA). Send forecasts and Purchase Orders to suppliers and follow up, process ERP alert messages. Enter supplier Goods Receipts (AR) in compliance with the procurement procedure. Follow up with suppliers who have not responded to preventive/curative follow-ups. Communicate with the buyer in case of price changes. Enter receipts in the ERP based on dock entries communicated by the carrier. Verify procurement-related anomalies (outstanding balances, expired products, minimum stock, etc.). Update tracking sheets (orders, stock, follow-ups) for items not managed by the ERP. Alert the Procurement Manager and the UAP Manager in case of significant delay postponements. Advance and communicate new reception deadlines to the UAP Planner according to production priorities. Propose and implement solutions in case of procurement process malfunctions.
