<b>Position:</b>Field Sales Manager<br><b>Job Description:</b><p><b>What You Will Be Doing</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Responsible for driving strategy and delivering results: Makes recommendations to General Manager/ Sales Director on strategy and customer plans. Through data analysis and past experience make solid decisions on strategy and direction. Direct value added sales opportunities by implementing supply chain, engineering, supplier, or service excellence strategies. Identifies and helps achieve sales branch goals, not just team goals. </li><li>Manage Team: Recruits, hires and mentors sales staff. Manage employee performance. Ensure team is trained and has resources to deliver sales plans. Coach and provide feedback to employees. Deliver high potential sales representatives for future management roles. Use managerial courage to make difficult decisions when necessary. Prepare development plans for employees. </li><li>Develop customer, supplier and vendor relationships: Enhance manager relationships with key contacts by providing superior service and operation excellence. Implement effective and practiced techniques for solving problems. Effectively communicate with all levels (supplier, customer, vendor). Attend reviews and meetings. Increase management presence at customer accounts in order to achieve access to decision makers.</li><li>Leadership: Act as leader in the branch. Instill vision and create enthusiasm to achieve goals. Use data and analysis to make recommendations to team and to management. Responsible for budgeting and planning. Key leader in facilitating implementation of process improvement based on data.</li><li>This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. This role is a 60/40 split; the total compensation posted includes the commission.</li></ul><p><br><b>What We Are Looking For</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Previous experience managing a team is strongly preferred</li><li>Experience working with partners in the IT Sales Channel</li><li>Experience selling technology solutions is required. <b>Position:</b>Field Sales Representative - Citrix Hunter<br><b>Job Description:</b><p><b>What You'll Be Doing</b></p><br><br><ul><li>Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers within assigned territories through strategic outbound prospecting, account-based selling, and lead generation activities.</li><li>Build and execute territory and account plans focused on creating pipeline and driving new business opportunities for Citrix and related Arrow solutions.</li><li>Develop executive-level relationships with IT, infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking decision-makers to uncover business challenges and position value-based solutions.</li><li>Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal development, negotiations, and close, working closely with vendor partners, technical resources, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, business development, and vendor teams to execute targeted campaigns, follow up on assigned leads, and convert demand generation activities into qualified opportunities.</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and activity tracking within Salesforce.com and other Arrow sales systems.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews with leadership, providing visibility into territory performance, pipeline development, forecasting, and growth strategies.</li><li>Promote Arrow's value-added services, professional services, lifecycle management, and supply chain capabilities as part of comprehensive customer solutions.</li><li>Meet and exceed assigned revenue, pipeline creation, and activity-based performance metrics.</li></ul><br><p><i>This job profile requires participation in a sales compensation plan.
