Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la réalisation de nos prochaines étapes stratégiques.</p><br> <p><strong><br>Missions principales</strong></p><br> <ul><li>Installer, configurer et déployer la solution TBML dans différents environnements : cloud, on-premise, test et production</li><li>Préparer les environnements et vérifier les prérequis techniques avant chaque installation</li><li>Participer à l'intégration des données, documents et flux Trade Finance provenant des systèmes clients</li><li>Configurer les différents composants de la solution, les référentiels et les scénarios de détection selon les besoins du projet</li><li>Contrôler la qualité et la cohérence des données intégrées dans la plateforme</li><li>Réaliser les tests techniques et fonctionnels, les sanity checks et les validations avant mise en production</li><li><span>Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'installation, à la configuration, aux données ou aux environnements</span></li><li>Participer aux ateliers de cadrage, démonstrations, recettes et réunions de suivi avec les clients</li><li>Présenter clairement l'état d'avancement, les résultats obtenus, les difficultés rencontrées et les prochaines étapes</li><li>Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main de la solution et répondre à leurs questions fonctionnelles ou techniques</li><li>Assurer le suivi des demandes et incidents clients jusqu'à leur résolution</li><li>Recueillir les retours des utilisateurs et les transmettre de manière structurée aux équipes Produit et R&amp;D</li><li>Rédiger et maintenir les procédures d'installation, guides de configuration, comptes rendus et documents d'exploitation</li></ul> <p><strong>Profil &amp; compétences</strong></p><br> <ul><li>Diplôme d'ingénieur en informatique, systèmes d'information, data ou domaine équivalent</li><li>Première expérience, stage ou projet significatif en développement, intégration, support applicatif ou mise en œuvre de solutions logicielles</li><li>Bonnes bases en Linux, Docker, bases de données, SQL et applications web</li><li>Aisance avérée avec les outils d'IA</li><li>Connaissances en Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch ou technologies similaires appréciées</li><li>Capacité à comprendre rapidement une architecture technique, des flux de données et des problématiques fonctionnelles</li><li>Très bon niveau de français et d'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral</li><li>Aisance pour échanger avec des interlocuteurs techniques et métiers<br>Capacité à expliquer simplement un sujet technique, à poser les bonnes questions et à reformuler un besoin client</li><li>Esprit d'analyse, curiosité, rigueur et sens des responsabilités</li><li>Autonomie, polyvalence et capacité à intervenir sur des sujets variés</li><li>Disponibilité ponctuelle pour accompagner des mises en production ou des déplacements chez les clients</li></ul> <p><strong>Ce que nous recherchons</strong></p><br> <p>Nous recherchons avant tout une personne <strong>polyvalente</strong>, capable de comprendre un besoin client, de prendre en main une solution technique, d'intégrer des données, de participer à un déploiement et d'investiguer les éventuels problèmes.</p><br> <p>Le poste nécessite également une bonne <strong>qualité de communication</strong> : savoir écouter, expliquer, rassurer, rendre compte de l'avancement et maintenir une relation professionnelle avec le client tout au long du projet.</p><br> <p>Une connaissance de l'<strong>AML</strong>, du <strong>Trade Finance</strong> ou du <strong>TBML</strong> est un plus, mais n'est pas obligatoire. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <span>Key Responsibilities • Provision and administer approved cloud resources, platform services and access configurations.<br> • Monitor workloads, performance, availability and utilisation and respond to operational events.<br> • Apply approved security baselines, identity controls, tagging, logging and configuration standards.<br> • Support hybrid connectivity and dependencies with on-premises infrastructure, networks and applications .<br> • Provide cost, utilisation and optimisation analysis; implementation remains subject.<br> . • Maintain cloud inventories, diagrams, procedures, configuration records and recovery documentation.<br> • Support incident, problem and change management and contribute to root-cause analysis.<br> • Assist with TDRA-hosted or other approved environments once the target model and access are confirmed.<br> Minimum Experience and Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of relevant cloud engineering and administration experience.<br> • Strong practical experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS in enterprise environments.<br> • Knowledge of cloud networking, identity, monitoring, security configuration, backup and cost management.<br> • Azure Administrator/Architect or AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.<br> • Experience working through controlled privileged-access and change-management procedures.<br></span> </div>
