<p>The Junior Solutions Consultant acts as the interface between our international clients and our Product, R&amp;D, QA, and technical teams. They participate in the scoping of TBML projects, the formalization of requirements, monitoring their realization, and user support. The role combines functional understanding, project management, and client relations, in both French and English.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Engineering degree, Master's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Project Management, or equivalent.</p><p>First experience, internship, or significant project in business analysis, project management, consulting, integration, or software solution implementation.</p><p>Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear requirements.</p><p>Excellent writing, synthesis, and organizational skills.</p><p>Interest in software products, data, and compliance issues.</p><p>Proficiency with project management, documentation, and request tracking tools.</p><p>Proven proficiency with generative AI tools and the ability to formulate precise instructions to obtain directly usable results.</p><p>Critical thinking regarding AI outputs.</p><p>Knowledge of SQL, APIs, data formats, or web applications is appreciated.</p><p>Very good level of French and English, written and spoken.</p><p>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate directly with international clients.</p><p>Ability to listen, rephrase, ask the right questions, and manage potentially conflicting expectations.</p><p>Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and sense of responsibility.</p><p>Ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously and adapt quickly.</p>
