Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world</p><br><br><br>Job Description<p>-Drives delivery of Time & Attendance -T&A- services as defined in department or team scope and yearly operational department or team plans<br></p><br><p>- Implements and drives Global HR standard processes, guideline and standards and customize them to tax, legal and statutory requirements in country in alignment with Global HR Governance to ensure standardization in the country<br></p><br><p>- Corrects time management errors where time managers cannot<br></p><br><p>- Controls time manager and controls time for plants<br></p><br><p>- Carries out special absence maintenance and medical certificates<br></p><br><p>- Acts interface to PY teams<br></p><br><p>- Acts as interface to plants for all time relevant topics<br></p><br><p>- Prepares specific reportings</p><br><br><br>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li><strong>Level of Education:</strong> University Degree</li><li><strong>Branch Of Study:</strong> Technical / Scientific </li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 1 year in the automotive industry is appreciated and Good Knowledge of IT</li><li>Language: French & English</li><li><strong>Social competences:</strong> Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork</li><li><strong>Professional competence:</strong> Assessment centers Candidate testing / interview techniques/ Employee onboarding/ Executive Search/ Job analysis/ Job Fairs/ Recruitement design, planning and management</li></ul><br> </div>
