<p>Assist the Director of Finance in managing all financial aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and corporate policies and procedures, supervise the day-to-day activities of the Accounting Office, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial controls and reporting processes, and helping ensure the efficient and effective operation of the hotel's finance function.</p><p>Lead, mentor, and supervise the Finance team by providing coaching, training, performance management, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
