Supervised by an experienced HR manager, you will gradually participate in the following missions:</p><p><strong>In case of hiring collaborators:</strong></p><ul><li>Create collaborators in the payroll system (Teams RH)</li><li>Carry out DPAE (Declaration of hiring)</li><li>Transmit contractual remuneration elements to the payroll department (RIB, contract)</li><li>Parameterize allowances in the dedicated portal</li><li><strong>Personnel Administration</strong></li><li>Update personnel data in the payroll system: remuneration, qualifications, employment, family situation,</li><li>Record personnel movements (CDI, CDD, CDIC, Interns)</li><li>Verify the compliance of mission and placement orders</li><li>Populate and update collaborators' dematerialized files</li><li><strong>Employee Payroll:</strong></li><li>Extract, verify, value, and process overtime for payroll</li><li>Enter non-automatically managed absences (sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, etc.) as they occur in the payroll system and collect supporting documents</li><li>Perform monthly reconciliation of leave between the time entry portal and the absence portal</li><li>Control the completeness of allowances and expenses in the time entry portal (according to Group schedule) in compliance with ODMs/ODDs and company agreements</li><li>Monthly control of teleworking allowances</li><li>Enter variable elements into the payroll system in accordance with Group forms transmitted by HR Managers (variable remuneration, increases, and various bonuses)</li><li>Transmit monthly summary statements of allowances and expenses from the time entry portal, completing them with manually entered elements in the SI Payroll (pre-payroll stage)</li><li>Process advance and installment payment requests</li><li>Process monthly payroll anomalies</li><li>Be the contact person for employees for any payroll-related questions</li></ul><p><strong>In case of employee departure:</strong></p><ul><li>Enter employee departure in the payroll system (reason and date of departure)</li><li>Prepare the STC (Certificate of Termination) with the latest payroll elements</li><li>Enter the latest variable elements into the payroll system, based on the validated STC form</li><li>Transmit the STC form to the payroll CSP (Central Service Provider)</li><li>Transmit the documents related to the final settlement, issued by the CSP payroll, to the employee</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><strong>Training:</strong> Holder of a Bac+3 or Bac+5 specializing in Human Resources Management or equivalent.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Junior profile accepted. Practical experience in payroll or administrative personnel management (through an end-of-studies internship or work-study program) is highly desirable and will be a major asset.</li><li><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Mastery of the fundamentals of administrative personnel management and initial understanding of payroll processes.</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> Perfect command of the French language.</li><li><strong>Professional Aptitudes:</strong> Organizational skills, Teamwork, Rigor and taste for numbers, Discretion and confidentiality, Relational skills.</li></ul><p></p></section>
