Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world.</p><br><br><br>Description du poste<p>- Supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility<br></p><br><p>- Acts as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters<br></p><br><p>- Acts as an interface to all HR departments for HR-related topics<br></p><br><p>- Organizes the relevant information for Annual Salary Increase, personnel planning as FTE and personnel costs<br></p><br><p>- Supports strategic workforce planning<br></p><br><p>- Assigns the personnel selection process internally and externally to HR recruiting and supports contract negotiations and the onboarding process if necessary<br></p><br><p>- Transmits future staffing requirements to HR Recruiting for further processing<br></p><br><p>- Communicates and coordinates HR related topics for the respective leader or area<br></p><br><p>- Supports the talent management and successor planning<br></p><br><p>- Supports the leader within the salary change process and with personnel development measures<br></p><br><p>- Submits exit support for further execution<br></p><br><p>- Coaches and consults the respective leaders on leadership, competency management and team development<br></p><br><p>- Supports the valuation of future business needs and consults on HR related measures<br></p><br><p>- Supports deployment of HR processes and guidelines&nbsp;</p><br><br><br>Qualifications et Expérience<ul><li><strong>Level of Education:</strong>&nbsp;University Degree</li><li><strong>Branch Of Study:</strong>&nbsp;Management / Human Resources / Marketing / Communication / Commerce</li><li><strong>Experience :</strong>&nbsp;1 year in the automotive industry is appreciated</li><li>Language : French &amp; English</li><li><strong>Social competences:</strong>&nbsp;Communication /Social &amp; intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target &amp; result orientation/ Motivation &amp; resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork</li><li><strong>Professional competence :</strong>&nbsp;Assessment centers Candidate testing / interview techniques/ Employee onboarding/ Executive Search/ Job analysis/ Job Fairs/ Recruitement design, planning and management</li></ul><br> </div>
