Check and validate activities to reach milestones and resolve issues. Active participation in status / review meeting with stakeholders. Ensure communication and escalation within the program team and management. Identify, anticipate and manage technical discussion to drive for issues resolution. Ensure the availability of component s packages and coordinate development with interface components. Handle suppliers management in critical situations. Create and maintain projects overview. Coordinate Review and follow up development activities of components and data files to match Top Hat Milestone. Delegate responsibilities to appropriate stakeholders for efficient execution. Control cost, timing, performance, and quality to meet program targets. Document meeting outcomes (MoM) with key discussions, assigned actions, and next steps. Document lessons learned to improve future project execution.
