We wish to strengthen our Sousse team and recruit a System and Network Support Technician. Main responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support to various IT users (hardware and software). Manage client workstations (PCs &amp; peripherals) and network equipment (printers, scanners, etc.). Provide first-level administration of Windows servers. Log incidents and their resolution in the support management application (GLPI). Resolve first-level hardware and software incidents. Coordinate the intervention of system and network administrators in case an incident cannot be resolved. Perform system administration checks on Windows servers to ensure application availability. Prepare for or diagnose client workstation (PC and peripheral) failures to maintain the IT infrastructure in operational condition.
