Globally and since 2018, NRC has been implementing a digital transformation journey to complement these methods, with the development of Kobli — a modular digital platform offering a legal information portal, user accounts, document storage, and case management tools.  NRC in Libya launched an information portal, DaliLy, to provide timely, accurate, and accessible legal information to these populations, complementing in-person services, and is looking at a Digital Transformation Coordinator to support the management, update and development of the platform, as well as supporting reporting and learning processes.   Roles and responsibilities The ICLA Digital Transformation Coordinator will contribute to transform the way NRC provides its legal aid services, through the development and deployment of digital solutions.
