<p><strong><br>THE ROLE<br></strong><span>The Legal, Risk & Compliance Lead is a strategic leadership position at the core of Vneuron's governance. You drive the company's legal and compliance strategy, guide high-stakes regulatory decisions, and represent Vneuron with authorities, clients, and partners. This role requires a dual posture: architect of internal compliance and operational legal counsel, within a fast-growing international RegTech environment.</span></p><br>

This role requires hands-on experience in trou</p><br><p>bleshooting, repairing of Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.</p><br><p><strong>Roles and responsibility are as below:</strong></p><br><p><strong>Production Support</strong>: Assist in the Installation, commissioning, Testing of Wabtec system/Product in the rolling stock</p><br><p><strong>Field Complaint Resolution</strong>: Troubleshoot and resolve the field complaints related to Wabtec systems, providing timely resolution and closure of the complaints. Such requirement relates to troubleshooting the Mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatic or maintenance related issues and relacing the defective part to close the complaint within the contractual timelines.</p><br><p><strong>Installation and Commissioning</strong>: Support the installation and commissioning of the Wabtec product and performing the required testing. Enabling customer to perform the task in a right manner if needed.</p><br><p><strong>Retrofit, Maintenance and Repairs</strong>: Perform retrofit, regular maintenance and emergency repairs on Wabtec products inline with procedure and site requirement.</p><br><p><strong>Reporting and Documentation</strong>: Report and record the field interventions performed by himself and associated team. The service engineer would require making a report of the issue and also get the Joint notes or associated document as needed by customer contract. Daily, weekly and Monthly reports to be submitted to manager.</p><br><p><strong>NCR and Failed Part Management</strong>: Maintain accountability for Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), maintain consumed spares/Failed part and site spares data. Organizing the dispatch of the defective parts from site to plant in co-ordination with plant team.</p><br><p><strong>Customer Interaction</strong>: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide clear explanations of the work performed.
