<p>We are searching for an individual or an organization based in Africa (Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo (Republic), Democratic Republic of Congo (D. R. C), Cote d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Gabon, Guinea, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Senegal, Togo and Tunisia) with a social compliance background to work with our Client Services team on a freelance or consultancy basis (part-time) and help us effectively collaborate with and service a diverse portfolio of clients and their suppliers in the aforementioned countries. With a workers rights and supplier engagement background, and a keen interest and capacity for the use of technology, we are looking for a candidate that will engage with workers, suppliers and brands in the aforementioned countries to drive meaningful impact. Working with the Client Services team, they will be responsible for introducing our digital worker engagement programs to suppliers (both virtually and on site when possible), getting management buy-in, training management on the platform usage, engaging with workers and promoting participation, managing grievance cases, and liaising between all stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for all. The role will require flexibility and agility to take on various tasks and work remotely with a global team. The role will require some evening meetings to communicate with the team based in Canada and Europe. <p>The Senior Financial Controller will have overall responsibility for the integrity, accuracy and timely delivery of Venari Security’s financial information. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role will provide hands-on ownership of the company’s accounting records, management reporting, statutory compliance, payroll, taxation, company secretarial matters and cap table administration.</p><br>
<p>The successful candidate will oversee the external bookkeeping provider and coordinate effectively with auditors, tax advisers, legal advisers, payroll providers and other professional service firms. <span>Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Presales Support Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer business and technical requirements in KSA and UAE Design and propose suitable technical solutions aligned with customer needs.<br> Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and statements of work.<br> Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.<br> Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with technical and functional inputs.<br> Assist in effort estimation, BOM preparation, and solution sizing.<br> Customer Engagement Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.<br> Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br> Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.<br> Address customer technical concerns and provide recommendations.<br> Solution Design & Documentation Prepare high-level and low-level solution designs when required.<br> Create architecture diagrams, implementation approaches, and integration workflows.<br> Ensure proposed solutions follow best practices, scalability, security, and compliance standards.<br> Collaboration Coordinate with engineering, delivery, product, and support teams.<br> Work closely with project managers and solution architects during transition to delivery.<br> Support continuous improvement of presales assets, templates, and demo environments.<br> Market & Product Knowledge Stay updated on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.<br> Maintain strong understanding of company products, services, and capabilities.<br> Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.<br> 3–6 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting.<br> Experience in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs.<br> Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, cloud technologies, integrations, and software architectures.<br> Excellent communication and presentation skills.<br> Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.<br> Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.<br> Knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, and enterprise applications.<br> Familiarity with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, or AI solutions is a plus.<br> Experience with diagramming and documentation tools (Visio, Draw.<br>io, etc.).
