<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><b><br>Job Title<br>Pre-Sales Consultant<br>Job Scope</b><br>The Pre-Sales Consultant is accountable for advising and coordinating with the sales team on all technical issues related but not limited to presales implementations and solution design. S/He is a technical expert building strong relationships with partners and customers and driving the business through multiple technical initiatives.<br><b>Main Duties and Responsibilities<br></b>• Build a detailed design, solution architecture and proposal for a new system<br>• Review existing processes and document them accordingly<br>• Review and evaluate a software product according to specified procedures and ensure users' needs are determined and met<br>• Understand the goal of assigned projects, define ""design criteria"" and devise best solutions for clients<br>• Ensure solutions stated in the statement of work are best practice and in line with client requirements<br>• Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI s and RFP s<br>• Create individual bid packages/technical proposals for needed hardware/service resources<br>• Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process<br>• Review recommendations sent by vendors against requests for quote (RFQs), select the best vendor(s) and incorporate any recommended change meeting client needs<br>• Schedule and allocate all service resources required to implement solutions as designed<br>• Coordinate detailed engineering plans from each supplier, define project schedule and integrate into a complete cohesive system<br>• Liaise with the sales team to provide feedback from clients on product requirements<br>• Stay abreast of market trends, products and competitor landscapes.<br><b>Position Requirements<br>Education</b><br>Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.<br><b>Experience<br></b>At least 3-5 years of experience.<br>Strong exposure to HPE solutions.<br>Strong pre-sales skills, including customer presentations, demonstrations, and solution positioning.<br></div></section>
