Ensure customer callbacks when calls are abandoned. Receive customer purchase orders, clarify requirements, and review customer purchase order contracts or PFCs. Record and validate confirmed customer orders. For any complaints, record them in the dedicated tool and follow up until resolution. Adhere to procedures, quality standards, and processing deadlines. Conduct technical studies, provide customer advice, and handle specific requests. Configure pricing for various products and supplements in the sales management system for export and local markets. Escalate complex requests to the relevant departments. Ensure the filing and archiving of CIC documents. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction.</font></font></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Minimum qualification: Baccalaureate level diploma. Knowledge of contract review elements: catalogue / price list / deadlines / sales support tools / general terms and conditions of sale / logistics and shipping methods and channels. Technical knowledge (thinning techniques, pre-caling). Knowledge of IT tools. Required qualities: Communication, listening skills, good interpersonal skills, teamwork skills.</font></font></p>
