<p>Follow exports/imports ensuring their delivery (pickup, delivery conditions, etc.) Choose the best carrier (if not imposed by the client or by consolidated exports), draft and communicate Transport Orders (TO). Ensure all import/export transport operations are managed through the TMS SHIPTIFY (Maritime, Air, Express, and Road). Create TOs on TMS SHIPTIFY (Maritime, Air, Express, and Road). Establish import/export invoices and follow customs declarations in liaison with the customs broker and freight forwarder or with the consolidator in case of consolidated export. Supervise exports, ensuring the compliance of each step (compliance of declarations, metering, etc.). On the import side, coordinate with the carrier for the deliveries of units and external suppliers to the platform for consolidation into consolidated imports (import TOs and consolidated import invoices). Upon delivery, ensure the compliance of each reception step (compliance of declarations, packages, etc.). Perform rigorous monitoring and archiving of import/export declarations with particular attention to DAEs.
