Ensure the industrialization/production handover and maintain operational readiness. Lead or co-lead Lean projects (VSM, 5S, SMED, line setup, visual management, etc.). Identify and prioritize areas for improvement on production lines. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and support technicians in implementing actions. Monitor performance indicators (OEE, scrap, non-quality, cycle time). Define production resource requirements (machines, jigs, tooling, etc.) and validate their technical conformity.
