<p>The UN Secretary-General launched on 1 January 2019 a bold and new global reform which repositioned the UN Development System to deliver more effectively and efficiently with the achievement of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. As part of this reform, UN Resident Coordinator Offices (UN RCO), under the leadership of an empowered and independent UN Resident Coordinator - the highest-ranking official of the UN Development System and Representative of the UN Secretary-General at country level - support countries in the achievement of their development priorities and the attainment of the SDG's. In its Resolution A/RES/72/279, the United Nations General Assembly endorsed the transformation of the Development Operations Coordination Office (DCO) as a stand-alone coordination office within the United Nations Secretariat. DCO exercises managerial and oversight functions of the resident coordinator system under the oversight of the Chair of United Nations Sustainable Development Group (UNSDG). The Associate Data Specialist contributes to interacting with counterparts, officers and technical staff in relevant organizational units in data engineering, data science and other data specialists, data owners and subject matter experts for the development and implementation of the databases, data collection systems and data analytics that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. It also contributes to the interaction with external counterparts in the UN funds, programs and other UN specialized agencies, consultants, and other partners to collaborate and exchange information and best practices. <p>Production</p><br><br><p>Fabrication montage reparation - Management d'atelier</p><br><br><p>Coordinateur Shift HPT F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Agent de maîtrise</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Assurer le relais managérial en horaires décalés (équipes 3×8 et centrale) afin de garantir la continuité des activités, le respect des standards et la performance opérationnelle du périmètre.<br>Par une présence terrain de proximité, contribuer à la réactivité des équipes, à la coordination opérationnelle et à la fluidité de communication avec le management.<br>1. Pilotage opérationnel et performance<br>Suivre les indicateurs SQCDPI du périmètre et contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance HPT.<br>Mettre à jour et suivre les plans d'actions et PDCA avec le Responsable d'Activité.<br>Veiller à la bonne exécution de la production dans le respect du planning et des priorités.<br>Garantir l'application des standards de production et qualité (fiches de démarrage, maintenance niveau 1, bâtonnage…).<br>Réaliser des contrôles et audits terrain afin de garantir la conformité des pratiques.<br>Participer aux routines de management et aux actions d'amélioration continue.<br>2. Coordination transverse et communication<br>Assurer l'interface opérationnelle avec les services supports (qualité, méthodes, maintenance, logistique…).<br>Coordonner les échanges avec les facilitateurs d'îlots HPT et les agents qualité.<br>Garantir la bonne passation des consignes entre équipes et assurer la continuité des activités.<br>Remonter les alertes, écarts et informations clés au management.<br>3. Support managérial de proximité<br>Coordonner l'activité quotidienne des opérateurs sur le terrain.<br>Participer à l'animation des réunions d'équipe et des routines HPT.<br>Accompagner les équipes dans la résolution de problèmes opérationnels.<br>Recueillir et relayer les propositions d'amélioration et les situations à risque.<br>Veiller au respect des standards, règles de fonctionnement et consignes de sécurité.<br>4. Développement des compétences et climat social<br>Contribuer au développement de la polyvalence et des compétences techniques des équipes.<br>Participer aux évaluations et entretiens de recrutement des opérateurs avec le Responsable d'Activité.<br>Accompagner l'intégration des nouveaux arrivants et veiller au respect du règlement intérieur.<br>Favoriser un climat de travail serein, motivant et collaboratif.</p><br><br><p>Autonomie et prise de décision<br>Capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de structuration<br>Capacité à embarquer<br>Gestion des conflits</p><br><br><br> </div>
