The supervisor will coordinate and optimize marketing efforts by improving their efficiency, effectiveness and scalability.</span></p><br><br><p><span><strong><u>Primary responsibilities</u></strong></span></p><br><ul><li><span>Monitor, motivate, coach and train Marketing operation teams to achieve and maintain KPI targets and behaviours through continuous monitoring, assessment and feedback</span></li><li><span>Supervise and coordinate activities with the Marketing team to ensure Mail Campaigns are processed in a timely manner while ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality are maintained. </span></li><li><span>Keep the Marketing Ops Manager informed and aware of any escalating problems regarding products, system obstacles, employee issues, departmental issues and any other matters involving or effecting the Department.</span></li><li><span>Supervise and manage the performance of each direct report within the Marketing team daily through our metrics and KPI’s.
