<p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>Within delegated authority, the Partnerships Officer will be responsible of the following duties</p><ol><li>Works closely with the Resident Coordinator Office economist and other UN Country Team finance experts to promote partnerships to support financing for accelerating the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Identifies and provides advice on partnership opportunities to drive financing for development options, instruments, modalities to the RC/UNCT, in alignment with the Common Country Analysis (CCA), Cooperation Framework, Integrated National Financing Framework and similar processes; Prepares briefing papers, discussion points and strategies to identify financing gaps and opportunities and partnerships needed to improve financing for development in Tunisia for consideration by RC/UNCT; Identifies and promotes innovative financing solutions through but not limited to promotion of blended financing solutions. Contributes to advocacy, communications and dialogues with partners to improve development finance assistance policies and practice; Working in close collaboration with the RCO Economist, ensures effective engagement of relevant government counterparts, private sector, civil society and development partners, to develop engagement and partnerships around SDG financing. Undertakes the design and execution of innovative proposals to strengthen the UNCT engagement and reputation, and to generate greater financial resources in support of the SDGs; Strengthens and supports UN coordination on financing for development strategies and partnerships. Identifies and supports engagement of wide network of development finance partners to implement agreed financing strategies. Organize and support Steering Committee and governance meetings by preparing agendas and documentation, facilitating stakeholder engagement, recording decisions and action points, and ensuring timely follow-up on agreed commitments. Monitor and ensure compliance with MPTF policies, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) requirements, risk management standards, and reporting obligations through regular review of programmatic, financial, and results-based performance information. <p>Plan and manage the production process(equipment & personnel) during the shift within the area of responsibility Ensures On Time In Full execution of production orders to the correct Customer Specific Requirements and LEONI work instructions Achievement of shift targets with regular follow up during the shift (Quantity/quality / RFT/ Efficiency etc) and launch corrective actions for any deviations, using the required tools & methods (Kosu/8D/ PDCA QRQC etc) Ensure follow up of shift handover protocol (e.g. Recording / checking data in shift handover meeting / book) Ensures all visulisation within scope of control is maintained and updated Ensures regular exchange of information between departments during the shift (e.g. quality issues/ assembly issues/ plan deviations/ scrap/ missing material etc) Supports 5S improvements work place organisation and ergonomic improvements with supporting functions Ensures the correct management and handeling of material within scope of control (FIFO/ handeling/ storage etc) Actively supports continuious improvement activities within the plant(e.g. KATA, KAIZEN etc) Ensures people management within the shift for the target performance Ensures with training team employee qualification and polyvalance (job rotation) Supports related processes with people managment (AIP interviews/ absence management / disciplinary topics / recruitment/ vacation/ overtime/ bonus etc) Maintains and updates all required daily shift reports Ensures new team memebers are well integrated into the team and have correct support and coaching Performs performance review and validation of new employee at the end of the training/ probation period. <p><b>POSITION SUMMARY </b>Clean public and employee restrooms and showers. Clean glass in public and employee areas. Clean floor surfaces in public or employee space using designated chemicals, supplies and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned area. Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas into proper containers. Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages. Clean and maintain lights. Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
