<p>Within the IT department of Safran Electrical &amp; Power, the OT Engineer integrates the Industrial Information System competence center and actively contributes to the digital transformation of industrial sites in an Industry 4.0 context. He/she intervenes on a key challenge for the group: the connectivity of industrial equipment (OT). In this capacity, he/she ensures the implementation of connection solutions, the definition of data to be captured, as well as data collection and exploitation, while respecting cybersecurity requirements and OT standards.</p><p><strong>Main missions:</strong></p><ul><li>Define and apply technical standards for connecting industrial equipment according to group standards and cybersecurity requirements.</li><li>Design, deploy, and maintain connectivity solutions for industrial systems.</li><li>Implement digital solutions aimed at optimizing the performance of industrial means (monitoring, maintenance, drift management).</li><li>Identify data to be collected and define connection plans in line with business needs.</li><li>Ensure data collection and exploitation via supervision and analysis tools (MES, MCS, etc.).</li><li>Contribute to upstream studies during the installation of new equipment (automation, supervision, connectivity).</li><li>Participate in industrial digital transformation projects related to Industry 4.0.</li><li>Implement system and incident supervision tools.</li><li>Coordinate local industrial IT projects (cybersecurity, obsolescence, deployment).</li><li>Animate and support the community of OT engineers.</li><li>Coordinate internal and external teams.</li><li>Contribute to the connectivity of robotic cells and automated lines.</li></ul><p><strong>Context:</strong></p><ul><li>Position based at the Dhari site (Tunisia).</li><li>Multi-site scope (France and international: Niort, Méru, Chatou, Conflans, Loches).</li><li>Occasional travel (4-6 weeks per year).</li></ul><p><strong>Challenges:</strong></p><ul><li>Evolve in a complex and critical industrial environment.</li><li>Intervene on various technologies (data, networks, IoT, electronics, software).</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Maintenance, Production).</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><h2>Job Requirements</h2><h3>Training and experience:</h3><ul><li>Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial IT.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.</li></ul><h3>Technical skills:</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in Windows environments and IT/industrial networks.</li><li>Knowledge of PLC programming.</li><li>Skills in embedded electronics.</li><li>Good level in industrial cybersecurity.</li><li>Knowledge of supervision systems (SCADA, MES, MCS).</li></ul><h3>Behavioral skills:</h3><ul><li>Rigor, organizational skills, and autonomy.</li><li>Good analytical and synthesis skills.</li><li>Excellent writing skills.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Ability to coordinate projects and teams.</li></ul><h3>Personal qualities:</h3><ul><li>Curiosity and interest in Industry 4.0 and cybersecurity topics.</li><li>Willingness for continuous learning and development.</li><li>Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.</li></ul>
