<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <br>Job Description<br><br><ul><li><strong>Key missions of the position: </strong></li><li>Planning and Implementation of all the retrofits/maintenance &amp; overhauling of products at Customer site</li><li>Secure product performances by monitoring and implementing the containment actions, troubleshooting etc .</li><li>Having regular meeting with customer for the product performance and getting it sign-off on periodic basis as per the contractual requirements</li><li>Improve Customer response time &nbsp;</li><li>Cost Effectiveness by improving efficiency during warranty intervention, preventive and corrective maintenance, overhauling.</li></ul><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Deliver warranty services from delivery of the product to the end of warranty period</li><li>Support during the commissioning of the Product/System on train and Locomotive</li><li>Execute all Field scheduled operations (retrofit, overhaul, maintenance etc.) in order to meet FT objectives and Customer requirements</li><li>Provide support to Engineering &amp; Quality team for effective problem solving</li><li>Ensure availability and use of special tools for Warranty &amp; Customer support</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure availability of Spares for 0km and Warranty service and efficiently manage site inventory required for maintenance and overhaul</li><li>Ensure feedback of field experience at all stages to improve reliability of the products</li><li>Challenge Customer’s claim and establish authenticity of customer warranty claim</li><li>Responsible of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) organization &amp; deployment</li><li>Participate actively in QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) process &amp; Failure Reporting Analysis &amp; Corrective Action System (FRACAS)</li><li>Periodic reporting of the open points of Customer and follow ups till the action is closed.</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong>: B.Tech/Diploma - Electrical or Mechanical</p><br><p><strong>Professional Experience - </strong> 5 to 8 years as Service Engineer</p><br><p><strong>Key Competences </strong> :</p><br><ul><li>Should have very good communication skill in English and Hindi/Regional language</li><li>Strong analytical skills ,Flexible attitude to work in changing environment , Presentation skills ,</li><li>Should have good technical understanding of electrical and pneumatic circuits. <p>Performs all the necessary HSEE related investigations, studies, analysis, inspections and reports.<br>- Implements HSEE Site strategy.<br>- Prepares internal instructions for release.<br>- Consolidates and monitors site HSEE KPIs.<br>- Prepares and supports reports, e.g. HSEE site status report, and countermeasures.<br>- Organizes waste management and recycling.<br>- Checks work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits compliance.<br>- Conducts environmental and safety related trainings.<br>- Creates environmental emergency plan.<br>- Plans and conducts internal audits related to the environmental and occupational safety system.<br>- Reports and investigates environmental and work-related incidents.<br>- Plans and conducts safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments activities, areas and equipment. releases, protective equipment controls, safety drills and health campaigns.<br>- Is authorized to stop production to mitigate risk of unsafe processes.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education Level : Engineering or Master s degree in a relevant field.<br>Experience : Min 3 years in Safety, Health, Environment &amp; Energy<br>Language: Fluent French | English C1</p>

<p>Ensures implementation of VCM standards within the country organisation. Trains country organization and offers technical support on the VCM processes and tools. Supports for logistics assessments in country VCM organization to monitor the adherence to the standards. Supports for management of central learning platform for logistics related processes. Monitors, analyzes and reports country inventories. Coordinates country inventory budget and forecasting process. Shares inventory reduction best practices and leads inventory workshops within the country. Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and organizes root cause analysis meetings. Supports definition of global VCM standards.
