Support the review of RFPs, RFIs, contractual clauses and other compliance-related business requests. Respond to internal compliance queries and external requests, including bank KYC questionnaires. Maintain compliance documentation, procedures, records and reporting dashboards. Prepare compliance communications, newsletters and awareness materials. Support compliance projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening the Group compliance framework.
