Thickness optimization and technical integration of parts into their mechanical environment. Surface stitching, surface updates, and technical edge refinements to prevent shrinkage. Demoldability rules, including integrating slide movements into the mold, especially for complex parts (a plus). Positioning, securing, and assembling techniques for plastic parts. Mastery of joining and fitting techniques (butt joint, overlap, step joints, etc.). Proximity analysis and potential clash detection between parts. Knowledge and mastery of PLM tools would be an asset.
