Manage and interface with contractors and equipment suppliers to establish, negotiate and align all technical aspects / approvals of the project. Manage the complete Utility interface process on behalf of Scatec from approval of detailed design, through construction, and completion under the Grid Connection Agreement / PPA Assist the PTM to establish and mitigate technical risks through an effective and updated Risk Register. Support to projects in delivery/execution As the project moves into execution, the Project Engineer s role is a continuation and development on the above: Manage and assess design change requests Manage, clarify and agree interfaces towards the grid and the grid operator Management of Governmental/Public/Grid Operator Stakeholders with approval process related to technical documentation and permits, licenses, authorizations, concessions needed during the execution of the HV scope until COD. Provide early warnings to the PTM on any issues in the project that may influence connection dates or the quality of the final product Contribute to drafting the relevant project reports Establish the plant commissioning and utility compliance plans and procedures. Plan and manage the Grid Code Compliance tests on site.
