<li>Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention</li>
<li>Assists CMTs in all Sales and/or shipments that would require a subject matter expert</li>
<li>Analyze customers’ business models, routes volumes, etc. to create / customize solutions using all possible modes of shipping “Air, Land and Sea”</li>
<li>Going on joint sales visits with the CMT team when needed whether to regain lost clients, close new deals, cross sell existing clients, grow existing business, etc.</li>
<li>Support CMTs to resolve customer cases in relation to claims, discrepancies, KPIs performance and assist them to resolve any operational problems</li>
<li>Provide comprehensive freight solutions to clients, addressing their specific requirements and ensuring satisfaction</li>
<li>Oversee the entire lifecycle of freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient execution from booking to delivery</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate freight logistics effectively</li>
<li>Negotiate competitive rates with carriers, agents, and offices to secure the best and lowest pricing for clients</li>
<li>Exceed overall freight targets for assigned customers through proactive management and strategic initiatives</li>
<li>Provide the Station Manager and the CMT with effective market data. This may include information about the competition, upcoming projects, product statistics and product profitability reports, etc</li>
<li>Conduct training for CMTs and other department new hires when needed to improve the products awareness within country and ensure they CMT are selling the product effectively</li>
<li>Identify employees with high potential and propose career development plan</li>
<li>Coordinate with the concerned Regional/Global Product Managers on all operational changes and updates needed</li>
<li>Initiate and Implement Freight SOPs across the station</li>
<li>Ensure accurate adoption of CargoWise and maintain integrity in milestone status updates</li>
<li>Collaborate with the regional pricing desk for requests for quotations (RFQs), projects, and tenders as required and</li>
<li>Share the updated sales and pricing list with CMTs and ensure CMTs are abiding with the list</li>
<li>Negotiate and reduce costs from suppliers (airlines, sea lines, transportation companies)</li>
<li>Agree with the direct manager on the annual product targets</li>
<li>Ensure product revenue growth is met</li>
<li>Take all necessary measures when possible, to reduce cost without compromising quality and standards</li>

<br>Job Requirements - Experience and Education
