<p>We are searching for an individual or an organization based in Africa (Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo (Republic), Democratic Republic of Congo (D. Nous sommes engagés dans une aventure passionnante pour ouvrir la voie à l'avenir des soins de santé.</p><br><p><b>À PROPOS DU POSTE</b></p><br><p><b>Objectif du poste :</b></p><br><p>En tant que représentant médical, votre rôle principal consiste à promouvoir la notoriété et l'adoption des produits en communiquant de manière scientifique, éthique et percutante avec les professionnels de santé, afin de soutenir la mission d'AstraZeneca qui consiste à améliorer les résultats pour les patients et à atteindre les objectifs commerciaux dans le territoire qui vous est attribué.</p><br><p><b>Responsabilités principales :</b></p><br><ul><li>Collaborer avec les responsables commerciaux pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de vente efficaces sur le territoire.</li><li>Stimuler les performances commerciales en atteignant ou en dépassant les prévisions de vente et en gérant efficacement les budgets attribués afin d'atteindre les objectifs thérapeutiques et territoriaux.</li><li>Appliquer les stratégies de marketing et de promotion médicale d'AstraZeneca dans les régions et pour les produits qui vous sont attribués.</li><li>Effectuer régulièrement des visites médicales de haute qualité afin de promouvoir les produits et de sensibiliser les professionnels de santé aux produits de l'entreprise, à leurs indications et à leurs avantages cliniques, conformément à un plan de visites approuvé et à des objectifs de visite personnalisés.</li><li>Tenir à jour les registres des interactions, des activités et des profils des médecins à l'aide d'outils CRM (par exemple, Veeva).</li><li>Organiser et gérer les réunions promotionnelles (RLM, ROM) et veiller à l'utilisation efficace du budget pour les activités promotionnelles.</li><li>Diffuser des messages personnalisés et scientifiquement exacts, adaptés aux besoins des médecins et à leur comportement en matière de prescription.</li><li>Surveiller l'activité des concurrents et la dynamique du marché local afin d'éclairer la stratégie promotionnelle et d'optimiser le positionnement.</li><li>Coordonner avec les services internes pour obtenir des informations médicales, des données de pharmacovigilance et des commentaires marketing.</li><li>Entretenir des relations solides et éthiques avec les professionnels de santé et défendre les valeurs professionnelles d'AstraZeneca.</li><li>Développer en permanence ses connaissances sur les produits et les traitements grâce à la formation dispensée par l'entreprise et à l'auto-apprentissage.</li><li>Maintenir une connaissance approfondie du marché, des données démographiques et des informations sur les soins gérés pertinentes pour le territoire assigné afin d'optimiser les stratégies de vente.</li><li>Respecter strictement toutes les réglementations du secteur et les politiques de l'entreprise concernant les interactions avec les professionnels de santé, y compris la distribution d'échantillons de produits.</li></ul><p><b>Exigences du poste :</b></p><br><p><b><u>Critères essentiels :</u></b></p><br><ul><li>Licence en pharmacie, médecine, sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe.</li><li>Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que représentant médical dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.</li><li>Pour les candidates externes Une expérience dans le domaine Oncologie est un atout considérable</li></ul><p>Capacité avérée à s'épanouir dans un environnement de travail collaboratif.</p><br><ul><li>Fait preuve de solides compétences en matière de collaboration interfonctionnelle en travaillant efficacement avec des collègues de différents services, tels que le marketing, le service médical, le service réglementaire et le service d'accès au marché, afin d'assurer la cohérence, de partager les connaissances et de mener des stratégies commerciales cohérentes.</li><li>Solides connaissances des pratiques de promotion médicale, des directives éthiques et des réglementations locales en matière de santé.</li><li>Capacité à analyser les données de vente (par exemple, IMS), à identifier les opportunités et à mettre en œuvre des plans d'action ciblés.</li><li>Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'établir et de maintenir des relations professionnelles avec les professionnels de la santé.</li><li>Maîtrise des outils CRM (par exemple, Veeva) et des procédures de reporting quotidien.</li><li>Solides compétences en matière de planification et d'organisation, avec la capacité de gérer efficacement les visites sur le terrain, les événements et les budgets.</li><li>A l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution, capable de s'adapter rapidement et de manière professionnelle aux changements.</li><li>Engagement envers l'apprentissage continu, avec une approche proactive pour maintenir à jour ses connaissances sur les produits et le marché.</li><li>La maîtrise du français et de l'arabe est requise.
